Rejected by the Board Oct. 23, 1855. Confirmed by the District Court Nov. 26, 1858. Confirmed by the Supreme Court Jan. 24, 1861, by mandate; appeal dismissed Mar. 16, 1864, also by mandate. Patent issued to the heirs of Apolinario Miranda Apl. 28, 1877, for 1.77 acres. The patent is found in the General Land Office, Washington. No. 159 General Land Office map.
