Brenham et al July 17, 1852. Rejected by the Board Sept. 25, 1855. Confirmed by the District Court May 26, 1857; appeal dismissed June 3, 1859. Patent issued to Charles J. Brenham et al June 18, 1860, for 17,767.17 acres. The patent is recorded in Oroville, Butte County, and in Colusa, No. 12 General Land Office map. In Butte County 17,467.17 acres; In Glenn County 300.00 acres. The changing course of the Sacremento River has thrown about 300 acres of this grant into Glenn County. Bowman, J.N.
