Claim filed by Josefa de Haro Mar. 10, 1852. Confirmed by the Board Nov. 6, 1855. Rejected by the District Court Feb. 19, 1862. Rejected by the Supreme Court May 15, 1867, by mandate. Rejected because no grant was proven. Bowman, J.N. Index of the Spanish-Mexican private land grant records and cases of California, I, 582 (shelved as BANC MSS C-R 17, Bancroft Library).
