Claim filed by Charles White Feb. 7, 1853; followed later by Ellen E. White. Confirmed by the Board June 26, 1855. Confirmed by the District Court Aug. 17, 1857. Rejected by the District Court Aug. 20, 1862. Remanded by the Supreme Court May 4, 1860, by mandate; claim rejected Apl. 18, 1864, because genuineness of the grant was not proven. Bowman, J.N.
