Interviewees include: Martin Snipper, Art Commission and the San Francisco Neighborhood Arts Program; Maruja Cid, NAP Community Organization in the Mission District; Stephen Goldstine, The City, the Artists, the Program and Harold Zellerbach; John Kreidler, Developing Employment for Artists: CETA in San Francisco and Alameda County.
