R. Cooper April 21, 1852. Confirmed by the Board Nov. 14, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Mar. 24, 1856; appeal dismissed Dec. 15, 1856. Patent issued to John B. R. Cooper April 3, 1858, for 17,892.42 acres. The patent is recorded in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, No. 53 General Land Office map. Hoffman, Land Cases, 101. Federal Cases 14,862, 1856.
