Photograph taken by Ellis Black Hayes. Written on back of photograph: Bishop Gavalan [Gavilan] of Chihuahua, Monsiguer Ruiz and our parish priest. The Bishop of Chihuahua visited the hacienda for several days, confirmed over three hundred persons, baptized the children, etc. It was a great event amongst the people- coming from all parts of the ranch as well as from adjoining ranches, Babicora Ranch.
