Description

Pictorial relief from the west wall of the shrine of Wu Rong (d. 168) at the Wu Family Shrines, Jiaxiang, Shandong. Here, the lower portion of the wall, two registers of relief depicting a procession of chariots, riders, and armed footsoldiers; and an arched bridge with chariots, cavalry, and infantry engaged in battle on the bridge, above and beyond it, and underneath it in the water.
石刻畫兩層，均為戰爭圖，下層有陸戰，亦有水戰，有榜題五。
