Description

Pictorial relief from the west wall of the shrine of Wu Rong (d. 168) at the Wu Family Shrines, Jiaxiang, Shandong. Here, the lower portion of the wall, two registers of relief depicting a procession of chariots, riders, and armed footsoldiers; and an arched bridge with chariots, cavalry, and infantry engaged in battle on the bridge, above and beyond at, and underneath it in the water.
此為前石室第六石。拓本右方有“前石室六”刻字。此拓原石配置在武榮祠西壁下半。
