Votive image of the Buddha (base only remaining) and inscription concerning its dedication by an unidentified donor, on behalf of his late father, Mian, during the Daye era (605-17). Includes rubbings of all four sides of base.
四面拓，僅存座部。有陳氏手書题记云“人名當在象，今失”。
