Votive image of the Buddha and an inscription concerning its dedication by the devotee Zhang Baoliang, on behalf of his late son and his late wife, during the Renshou era (601-4). Includes rubbings of recto and verso of image and base (and side of base).
此三面拓，座高3.6公分，記在座上，佛像僅有頭光。有陳氏手書題記。
