Votive image of Guanyin and an inscription concerning its dedication by the devotee Li Xida, on behalf of all members of his family, during the Kaihuang era (581-600). Includes rubbings of recto of image and base (and verso and side of base).
此為三面拓，無佛像背部拓，座高3.5公分，記在座上。有陳氏手書釋文。
