Votive image of the Buddha (base only remaining) and an inscription concerning its dedication by Wang Damo, Wang Qi'an 王斊安, and Wang X-shou 王?首; date uncertain. Includes rubbings of two sides of base.
此兩面拓，僅存坐部。陳氏有手書题记“王達摩造像銅坐，壬午九月三日收，上有十孔，當是十象”。並有釋文。
