Votive inscription concerning dedication of an image of Maitreya by the woman née Cui, wife of the devotee Tian Shenjian 田神鑒 of Pingyang 平陽, at Xiangtang shan (South), Hebei, during the Zhengsheng era (695).
拓片右下有墨書題記云石在“石室下層西間西壁佛龕下”。
