Votive inscription concerning dedication of an image of Maitreya by Li Yuan (Tang Gaozu 高祖, r. 618-26), future founder of the Tang, while serving as prefect of Zhengzhou; in fulfillment of a vow made for the restoration of the good health of his son Shimin 世民 (Tang Taizong 太宗, r. 627-84), during the Daye era (605-17).
裝裱：長24厘米，寬59.9厘米。裝裱時行字失次。
