Votive inscription concerning dedication of an image of Guanyin by Duan Yuanhui, commander-in-chief, on behalf of his late daughter, Yuzi 玉資, and others, during the Kaihuang era (581-600). Includes rubbing of images. This leaf also includes an autograph inscription added by Zhao Zhiqian (1829-84).
