Votive inscription concerning dedication of a stupa containing an image of the Buddha by the devotee originally surnamed Lü 吕, later surnamed Yuwen by imperial favor, at Jianchong si 建崇寺 during the Jiande era (572-78). Includes rubbing of image.
石分三層。上兩層為佛像，下為造像記。
