Votive inscription concerning dedication of an image of Maitreya by Zhao Zhen, general of strong crossbowmen (qiangnu jiangjun 強弩將軍), on behalf of seven generations of forebears, during the Eastern Wei. This leaf also includes an autograph inscription added by Zhao Zhiqian (1829-84).
