Votive inscription concerning dedication of an image of Maitreya by Cao Wangxi, on behalf of the state, himself, his family and household dependents, during the Zhengguang era (520-25). This rubbing also includes impressions of reliefs carved on the three sides of the base; in vermilion.
此石山東臨淄縣西桐林莊居民牆間出土，歸陳介祺氏，民國初年石售予巴黎博物館。此拓為石像座之四面刻，三面畫像，一面為造像記。此拓造像記部分，較北京圖書館所藏梁啟超拓本，多出每行最後一字。
