Votive image and an inscription concerning its dedication by the mendicant Huirong, on behalf of the emperor, his own sisters, and all sentient life, at Longmen during the Zhengguang era (520-25).
此拓未失前三行，後造像僅餘右半。《八瓊室金石補正》、《寰宇訪碑錄》作正月，《金石彙目分編》作三月，觀其字劃，應作三月。
