Votive inscription concerning dedication of an image of Sakyamuni by the mendicant nun Faxing, in fulfillment of a vow made for the restoration of her own good health, at Longmen during the Yanchang era (512-15).
永平四年(511)及延昌元二年，法興均有造像題記。此拓經剪裁，有落字，秩序亦失。延昌年號上有“清信弟子王”等字。
