Description

Votive inscription concerning dedication of an image of Maitreya by the mendicant Huigan, on behalf of his late parents, at Longmen during the Jingming era (500-503). The last two lines of text include a votive inscription concerning dedication of a sacred image by the mendicant Faning 法寧 on behalf of his late parents.
剪裁裝裱後行次失序。末二行有“比丘法寧為亡父母造石像一區”題記。新135(6)至(10)為冊二。
