Votive image of sixteen seated Buddhas and an inscription concerning its dedication during the Taihe era (386-409). The text of the inscription is badly damaged and largely illegible.
造像記下附佛像十六尊。案拓片模糊，僅知其年代，原標籤所載"魏單門僧"者疑誤。
