Inscription concerning dedication of a reliquary and installment of relics at Niutoushan si 牛頭山寺, Zizhou, by Sui Wendi 文帝 (r. 581-604), on behalf of all living and departed souls of the dharma-realm, during the Renshou era (601-4). Includes title inscription.
拓片末有清光緒二十六年(1900)潼川知府阿麟獲石題記。謂石於光緒二十六年七月二十四日於潼川三台縣牛頭山得之。
