Description

Dry (wax) rubbing of gold-lettered inscription in marble marking the site where Dr. Sun Yat-sen 孫逸仙 (1866-1925) died, in the home of Wellington Koo 顧維鈞 (1888-1985), in Tieshizi hutong 鐵獅子胡同, Beiping. The inscription was put in place in 1928, the year Sun Yat-sen's body was removed from Beiping to Nanjing.
