Description

The Nestorian monument: stele inscription by the Persian priest Adam (Jingjing) recording the spread of Nestorianism to China in 635 and its propagation in China after that date. Left side only: inscription of personal names, in Chinese and Syriac; and an 1859 inscription by Han Taihua recording construction of a new pavilion to house the stele.
另有清咸豐九年(1859)韓泰華重造碑亭刻跋,三行,正書,覆刻在原文之上。題名有敘利亞文。
