Description

Stele inscribed with the epitaph of Daoyin (587-658), dharma master of Duobao si 多寶寺, Yizhou 益州, and a member of Xuanzang's 玄奘 (ca. 569-664) board of translators; composed by Li Yan and written in the calligraphy of Ouyang Tong. Erected by the devotees of Huiri si 慧日寺, Chang'an 長安.
此拓缺碑額。末行“十日”之“十”字有石花，二十七行“于夢境”之“于”字鉤處無石花，“顯慶”“顯”字無石花，原題明拓本，應為清乾嘉拓本。
