Stele inscribed with the epitaph of Di Zhen (d. 534) of Zhongshan 中山, father of a concubine to Xiaojingdi 孝靜帝 (r. 534-50) of the Eastern Wei and regional inspector of Dingzhou. Includes title inscription.
北京圖書館藏《中國歷代石刻拓本滙編》云在河北曲陽。案碑文後四行在碑側，本冊失拓。
