Votive inscription concerning dedication of images of Buddha of Infinite Life, Guanyin, and the bodhisattva Mahasthamaprapta 勢至 by Lou Dingyuan, second son of Lou Zhao 婁昭 and prince of Linhuai, at Longxing si, Qingzhou, during the Wuping era (570-76).
此碑明移彌勒寺，乾隆四十七年(1782)移滾水橋文昌祠，今仍存青州。
