Stele inscription commemorating construction of the Nanshiku si by Xi Kangsheng 奚康生 at the command of Xuanwudi 宣武帝 (r. 500-15) of the Northern Wei.
有印鑑。奚康生所造，此拓缺額。又額上橫列楷書六字云“石窟寺主僧斌”。另碑陰殘存五十六人題名，此拓並缺。
