Description

Stele inscription from the Huashan miao, Huayin, Shaanxi, commemorating sacrifices made to the mountain by successive emperors of the Han dynasty; recarving commissioned by Yuan Feng 遠逄, governor of Hongnong 弘農, in 165. This rubbing taken from a replica engraving.
封面有“嘉慶甲子正月翁方綱題”字樣。原石已毀於明嘉靖年間(1522-1566)，清代重刻。
