Mountainside inscription recording initial construction of a grotto temple by the dharma master Fang and its completion by the dharma master Chou 稠, accompanied by a portion of juan 12 (“Shengxing pin” 聖行品) of the Mahaparinirvana-sutra 大般涅盤經 and a gatha from the Avatamsaka-sutra 華嚴經; the votive inscription and the sutras were both dedicated by disciples of Chou’s during the Qianming era (560).
