i + 181 + i - Dark brown paper over pasteboard; leather spine and corners; title on spine, Digestum Novum Saec. XIV.I - Sotheby's; acquired by the Robbins Collection from Bernard Rosenthal (1973). Robbins mss. 36 and 37 were considered to be a set in the 15th century, though this manuscript was probably produced in England in the mid 13th century.
