Music: Quadratic neumes on 4 red lines.

Figurative Decoration: 2 historiated initials on sqare gold grounds with marginal extensions of vines, flowers, and birds with gold decoration.

Other Decoration: 2 large initials, one with floral infilling and one with coat of arms; smaller initials in alternating red and blue, sometimes decorated in void, with pen-flourishing in other color.

Notes: Front pastedown is a duplicate of f. 1v without the decorated initials; contemporary foliation in roman numerals, center right margin.
