Filomena "Amy" Estrada was born and raised in the Philippines and then immigrated to the United States with her parents in 1966. After graduating with a degree in accounting from San Francisco State University, Estrada worked at several Bay Area military installations before accepting a position as an auditor at the OAB in 1989. In this interview, Estrada describes her work on the base, the ramp-up to the Gulf War, and the cultural diversity on the base, including the annual Humanity Week celebrations.
