Description

Conway Peterson was born in 1929, raised in San Francisco, and education at the University of California, Berkeley. While at UC, Peterson joined the ROTC and then became active duty in 1951. He first encountered the OAB on his way to his assignment in Japan. Later, as an army reservist, he was stationed at OAB and played a leadership role in the Army Reserve School on the base. In addition to his army reserve commitment, he was employed at UC Berkeley.
