Supportive legislative representative for the California Labor Federation, HARRY FINKS (1906-1982), discusses labor, the campaigns, and the "Big Switch." Observations on Knight's political life from MILTON R. POLLAND (b. 1909), political advisor and personal friend of Knight, Warren and Hubert Humphrey. An interview with JOHN LAMAR HILL, II, the first minority member of the State Board of Federal Directors, and friend of Knight's after 1959, is being held for later release.
