Description

Author Anais Nin (1903 - 1977) discusses the women's rights movement with KPFK's Clare (Loeb) Spark. Nin criticizes the feminist movement for what she takes to be the generally angry and blaming tone of many of the movement's leaders, and cautions against the projection of women's neuroses onto the revolution. Originally broadcast on KPFK as part of "The Sour Apple Tree" episode of March 22, 1971 (BB5229 [1]), re-broadcast on KPFA as a stand-alone program on May 31, 1971.
