Alvarado, Nov. 1851; draft of letter by Ezquer, Aug. 27, 1850; Florencio Serrano's announcement of Ezquer's election as alcalde, Monterey, July 8, 1849; power of attorney from Ezquer to Nicolas Castro, signed by Jacinto Rodriguez, and copy of translation of Bennet Riley's certificate of appointment of Ezquer as justice in Monterey.
