Enrique Guillermo Antonio Mexia (1829-1896) fought in the war against the United States, on the liberal side in the War of the Reform 1857-1860, against the French invasion under Maximilian, and for Benito Juarez, as well as occupying himself with business and politics in his later years. Son of Jose Antonio Mexia and father of Inez Mexia.
