Description
This silent, color film contains footage of a sign for the Mission 66 Project New Tioga Road, Construction of the new road, a crossing the Golden Gate Bridge into Marin heading to Muir Woods, and footage of Muir Woods National Monument. The film begins with footage of the New Tioga Road, and its associated construction work. A blue car can be seen throughout the beginning of the film driving through the construction areas. The majority of the film contains views of the construction equipment and cars passing by the area. Towards the end of the film there are beautiful views of cars entering Muir Woods and driving up to the park.
