Copy of the proceedings of a trial before the hypomnematographus Julius Theon regarding the ownership of a house. It cites the verdict of a previous trial (131 A.D.) which is based upon a rescript of the Emperor Hadrian, cited verbatim (lines 409). The trial took place during the reign of Hadrian, but after the earlier, between 131 and 138 A.D.; the present copy was made after Hadrian's death (138 A.D.)
