A vertical World War II propaganda poster features a large stylized illustration of two soldiers heads, in the lower left, in profile facing right, as if standing side by side with the man in the back positioned slightly to the right. The soldier in front wears greenish-brown wide-brimmed helmet with a chin strap and a small Belgian flag, and he has a stern expression. The soldier behind is depicted with a darker shade of skin and wears a fez-like helmet with a yellow chin strap and a crest visible on the front. Behind the soldiers faces, a gray sky appears with silhouettes of military airplanes, above the gray shape of a naval ship at sea. At the top of the poster, superimposed over a reddened sky are the words: "BELGIUM" in black all capitals, and "fights on" in a black cursive script. The overall color palette is dominated by the bold primary colors of the Belgian flag.
