Published by Reichsamt für Landesaufnahme in the Interwar period and during World War II. Issued in 1 x 2-degree quadrangles. Shows water features, land cover, cultural features, administrative and political boundaries, roads and railroads. During World War I some sheets were produced by "Kartogr. Abteilung des Stellvertretenden Generalstabes der Armee."
