Relief shown by contours and spot heights; depths shown by isolines. Detailed listing of sources, primarily topographic sheets of earlier Dutch version, but also sheets of the Carte de la Belgique 1:200 000, and sheets of the Topographische Übersichtskarte des Deutschen Reiches 1:200 000. Sheets include administrative boundary map (Politische Grenzen) and source diagram indicating divisions of earlier Dutch version. Each map has an individual title and a unique sheet number, e.g.: Bl. 5. Nijmegen-Düsseldorf. Shows water features, 2 classes of dykes and dams, national and provincial boundaries, 6 classes of cities and towns, 4 classes of railways, and 6 classes of roads and trails. Also shows wetlands, forests, heathlands, sandy areas, pastures and cropland. "Sonderausgabe! Nur für den Dienstgebrauch!"--At head of map. "Letzte Berichtigung 1936"--At foot of map.
