Full title:Mrs. Miye Tachihara Ota and her sister, Mrs. Hama Itow add finishing touches to a customer's wave. Mrs. Ota and her husband, Kenji, were married in Philadelphia after relocating from Gila River Relocation Center. Mrs. Ota new has her own beauty shop, and Mr. Ota is working as a welder. Mrs. Ota has two brothers in the Army, her mother and two younger sisters and a brother in Philadelphia. Mrs. Itow came from Chicago to work in the beauty shop after her husband went into the Army.<lb /> Photographer: Van Tassel, Gretchen<lb /> Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
