Full title:These evacuees are carrying groceries to their apartment in one of the houses at Seabrook Farms Village, Bridgeton, N.J., which were recently constructed by the Federal Housing Administration for the families of employees of Seabrook Farms and the Deerfield Packing Corporation. When this photograph was taken, construction was still underway, and the grounds had not yet been landscaped.
