Full title:Lani Kai, Hawaiian born Nisei, is shown in his New York City room. Lani was evacuated to Manzanar from Los Angeles, where he had worked in a retail fish store. In Manzanar, he was a department manager in the Coop. At present Lani is employed as a shipping clerk in a New York dress firm prior to his entrance to the New York University this fall.<lb /> New York, New York.
