Full title:Former S/Sgt. Henry H. Gosho is shown with his wife and 18-month-old daughter Carol Jeanne preceding a dinner in his honor on September 12 at the Toyo Kwan Restaurant in New York City under the auspices of the New York Chapter of the Japanese American Citizens League. Sgt. Gosho was awarded a Presidential Unit Citation, Bronze Star, the Pacific Ribbon with three campaign stars, and the Combat Infantryman's Badge during sixteen months' service in the Burma-India theater with Army Combat Intelligence of Merrill's Marauders. Sgt. and Mrs. Gosho formerly resided in Seattle, Washington, and at the Minidoka Relocation Center, where their daughter was born while Sgt. Gosho was overseas. They relocated to New York City from Minidoka in August 1945. New York, New York.
