Note
Chester Finn has held several leadership positions within the self-advocacy movement. He has been an advisor to the Self Advocacy Association of New York State (SANYS) and has served two terms as Chairperson of the national self advocacy association, Self Advocates Becoming Empowered (SABE). Chester is currently Special Assistant with the New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.
